Cider
We are a couple of hard cider enthusiasts working toward bringing a first-class apple cider to the Northeastern United States. We rely on traditional cider-making methods and cider-specific apple varieties (picked right here in Maine!). Our vision is one of restoration, connecting the passion of craft cider enthusiasts with growers of traditional cider fruit.

Apples, Bees, Honey
as well as blueberries, flowers, perennials, maple syrup, orchard fruits, poultry and eggs, vegetables
We are just starting our farm. We planted a small orchard of apples last year with many heirloom varieties and this year, pears. We will have cut flowers and a small amount of honey and free range eggs available on a very limited basis. We made 18 gallons of maple syrup this year. I also have a woodworking business in which I hand carve signs and do a bit of antique carving repairs as well as Bellamy-style eagle reproductions and gold leaf work.
